Flat Hub Pen Needles

Our flat hub pen needles feature an enlarged needle shield — approximately 5.5 times larger than conventional pen needles — for easier handling, recapping, and reduced risk of accidental needlestick injuries. The expanded flat contact base provides approximately 10 times the contact area of conventional pen needles, supporting better stability and reduced pressure on the skin during injection.

• Available in 30G, 31G, 32G, 33G (4–8 mm) and 34G (4 mm) with 3 or 5-bevel tip options and TW, ETW, or UTW wall thickness
• Enlarged needle shield (~5.5×) for easier handling and recapping; expanded flat contact base (~10×) for improved stability and reduced skin pressure
• Helps reduce the risk of intramuscular injection for more consistent delivery; available for private label
